Delivery and return
We ship your jewelery within 1-3 working days after you have placed your order on sistie.dk.
If your order is urgent, you are welcome to call our customer service on tel: 48261650 to find out if we can ship the same day. In Denmark, we send free of charge for purchases over DKK 200 with GLS to a parcel shop or a business address. If you want delivery to your private address, you must pay for the delivery yourself.

Return and exchange service
At sistie/Izabel Camille, you always have 14 days of full right of withdrawal from the date you receive your jewellery.
Perfumes can only be returned in unopened packaging. We recommend using the enclosed scented tissue as a tester.
If you wish to return your jewellery, you must send it back safely in the box together with a copy of the order or invoice, and they will be credited/the money will be sent back.
If you wish to exchange for some other jewellery, please make a new order at www.sistie.dk .
